Photography Retreat

No, I haven't been on a photography retreat.  I wish I had!  But I wanted to blog about a photography retreat called "For the Love."  It is a retreat for Christian photographers and looks soooooo inspiring!

They are giving away one free spot and it's not too late to try to win it!

Check it out!  www.fortheloveworkshop.com

In other news, I am restarting Project 365 (taking a picture a day for a year).  So far, I'm 3 for 3!  Last year I only made it until February, but I have higher hopes for this year!  I'm going to be starting a photo blog, so I'll put the link here when it is all prettied up!

I hope you are all having a great 2010 so far!
(What are you calling it by the way?  "Twenty ten?"  "Two thousand ten?"  A friend asked that question on facebook and I'm curious to know what the blog world has to say about it!)

  1. I can't make up my mind! One minute I say "twenty-ten" the next I'm saying "two thousand ten"! I guess it just depends on my mood ;-)

  2. I have been saying "twenty-ten" today but that could change tomorrow!

  3. I made myself get out of bed at 11:30 last night to take my picture just so I wouldn't be behind on only the third day! :) I call it "two thousand ten". Granted,I haven't said it many times yet because I still think its 2009!

  4. I am so looking forward to your photography blog. I wish I had the discipline to do a photo a day.

I haven't said it not even once yet, so I don't know how I'll be saying it. ((did that make sense?)

  5. I'm calling it twenty ten. Over here, we always add an "and" into dates, so, 2009 is "two thousand AND nine" - it's a bit long winded, so I think twenty ten will be easier than "two thousand and ten". I suppose getting rid of the second zero makes saying the year that way ok - "twenty O nine" and "twenty O four" sounded a bit odd, and I could never get used to it and so ended up saying the long winded version with the "and" in!!
